Woman & Child Naturopath

with a special interest in skin health.

I’m Kate, a degree-qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist based in Auckland. I support pregnant women, new mothers and infants with gentle, evidence-informed care. I have a particular interest in skin conditions during pregnancy, postpartum and early life, as well as broader women’s health and infant wellbeing. With over nine years of experience across various areas of health, I bring knowledge, clinical expertise and compassion to every consultation.

  • Pregnancy, childbirth and early motherhood are transformative times - physically, emotionally and hormonally. Skin changes are often an early signal that something in the body needs support, and the right guidance can make a real difference for your comfort, confidence and long-term health.

I naturally developed a special interest in skin health through my own experiences with eczema and acne as a teen and young adult. I understand firsthand the frustration and emotional impact that skin concerns can have, which informs how I approach care with empathy and support.

    • Evidence-informed & gentle: All recommendations are safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding and infants.

    • Holistic: I consider the whole person - nutrition, digestion, hormones, immunity and lifestyle.

    • Specialised frameworks: I integrate evidence-informed approaches such as the G.E.M.M Protocol (Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation) and Corneotherapy, supporting gut, immune, metabolic and skin health. These methods are adapted for maternal and infant care to ensure safe, effective support.

    • Collaborative: I work alongside midwives, lactation consultants and other allied health practitioners to ensure care is coordinated and supportive.

    • Practical & achievable: Plans are realistic and designed to fit your life, with follow-up support to keep you on track.

  • I’ve been practising as a naturopath for over nine years. My passion for supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum and early childhood comes from seeing how small, targeted changes can dramatically improve wellbeing - from helping infants manage eczema to supporting mothers through skin changes, hormonal shifts and stress.
