I offer individualised naturopathic consultations for women and children, with a special interest in skin conditions during pregnancy, postpartum and early life. Appointments are supportive, respectful, evidence-informed and designed to work alongside your existing medical and allied care.
I offer consultations online or in-person at Birthcare Auckland, so you can access care wherever you feel most comfortable.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Skin Support
Adult consultation | $240 | 90 minutes
Skin changes are common during pregnancy and after birth, as hormones, nutrient demands, immune function and stress levels shift.
I support women experiencing skin concerns during this time while ensuring all recommendations are appropriate for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
I commonly support:
Acne during pregnancy or postpartum
Eczema or inflammatory skin flares
Perioral dermatitis and rosacea
Dry, itchy or reactive skin
Skin changes associated with hormonal or stress shifts
Consultations focus on supporting skin health while also addressing underlying factors such as nutrition, digestion, nutrient status, immune balance and nervous system support.
All care is tailored to your individual needs and provided with safety and gentleness at the forefront.
Infant & Child Skin Support
Child consultation - under 5 | $185 | 60 minutes
Child consultation - over 5 | $240 | 90 minutes
Infant and early childhood skin conditions are common, particularly conditions such as eczema, rashes and sensitive or reactive skin.
My approach is gentle, age-appropriate and designed to support your child while working alongside medical and allied care when needed.
I commonly support:
Infant eczema

Sensitive or reactive skin
Barrier support and skin resilience
Consultations may include support for:

Digestive and immune development

Women’s Health Support

I offer naturopathic support for women across different life stages, with care tailored to your individual health concerns and goals.
Consultations take a whole-person approach and may support a wide range of concerns, depending on your needs.
I commonly support women with:
Hormonal and menstrual health concerns
Digestive health
Energy, stress and nervous system support
Intimate and vaginal health (such as recurrent thrush, BV or irritation)
Skin concerns like acne, psoriasis and rosacea
General wellbeing and preventative health
Care is individualised and designed to support long-term health and resilience, with recommendations guided by current evidence and your personal health context.

Once consult has been booked, you will be sent via email a Client Consent form and Health Questionnaire to complete prior to your appointment.
For Online consults, clear photographs must be sent to your practitioner prior to appointment.
You will receive email and text reminders of your upcoming appointment.

We have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, except in the case of a family or medical emergency. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full-service fee.
